English Muffins

Last weekend, I made some homemade English muffins. They came out really yummy. They tasted better the next day, though, which is good to know. Next time I will definitely make them the night before instead of waiting so long for breakfast!

I used this recipe from Family Fun. It is for Valentine English Muffins; I just omitted the step of shaping them into hearts.
